Job Description
Control and direct the food preparation process and any other relative activities
Construct menus with new or existing culinary creations ensuring the variety and quality of the servings
Approve and "polish" dishes before they reach the customer
Plan orders of equipment or ingredients according to identified shortages
Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
Qualifications:
A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
No minimum educational attainment is required for this position.
With at least 3 years working experience in a busy kitchen, preferably in a 5-Star Hotel.
With at least 3 years' experience in a high-volume kitchen operation, working with international teams.
Must have UKVI IELTS with a score of 5 per category
Should be a Degree Holder in Hotel & Restaurant Management
Culinary Diploma Holder from an accredited school or Training Centers.
EXPERIENCE IN BRITISH CUISINE IS A MUST!
Food Safety Training Certificate. TESDA NCII or Trade Test Certificates is a MUST!
Keen on purchasing and examining foodstuffs from suppliers to ensure quality.
Keen on menu planning, prepares, seasons and cooks foodstuffs. Competent in the team's food preparation & monitors the quality of finished dishes.
