Key Responsibilities:
Leadership and Management:
Provide leadership and direction to the administrative team.
Delegate tasks and responsibilities effectively.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment
Policy and Procedure Development:
Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and relevant regulations.
Continuously review and update policies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Administrative Support:
Provide administrative support to senior management and other staff members.
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
Handle incoming correspondence and prioritize tasks accordingly.
Resource Management:
Manage budgetary resources for administrative functions.
Procure necessary supplies and equipment.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies to reduce expenses.
Communication and Coordination:
Serve as a liaison between different departments and stakeholders.
Facilitate communication and collaboration across teams.
Coordinate special projects and initiatives as needed.
