COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS SPECIALIST
 
Key Responsibilities
Process and oversee payroll to ensure accurate and timely disbursement of salaries and wages.
Handle compensation-related queries and concerns from employees.
Manage employee benefits programs such as health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
Ensure compliance with government-mandated benefits (e.g., SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG) and process related contributions.
Maintain accurate and updated employee compensation and benefits records.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 1-2 years experience in compensation and benefits administration or a related HR function.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for payroll and record-keeping.
Strong understanding of labor laws and government-mandated benefits.
Excellent attention to detail, analytical, and organizational skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
