The Project Specialist performs basic project support duties assigned by the Project Lead.
 
Roles and Responsibilities
Leads the preparations and implementation of all project activities
Prepares all administrative and logistical needs of the project, especially compliance and financial requirements, and other responsibilities assigned by the Project Lead from time to time
Assists with the monitoring and evaluation standards of the  program
Assists with special projects and reports as needed
Receives, screens, logs and routes correspondences, attaches necessary background information and maintain follow-up system for action logs and deadlines
Assist in ensuring that appointments with project stakeholders are met, including logistical arrangements and secretarial assistance
Ensure all experiences and lessons learned during the project course are well documented for use in future activities
Qualifications
Graduate of Development, Social Work, Political Science, or its equivalent
Experience in community development/stakeholder management is a plus
Willing to do field assignments
