Job Description
Controlling and directing the food preparation process and any other relative activities.
Supervise the preparation of all food.
Ensure all staff are aware of their duties and what is expected of them
Ensure meals are produced on time, and sufficient quantities are available for the various areas
Qualifications:
A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in Food and Beverage Preparation/Service Management or similar fields.
Male applicants are preferred for this role.
Must have an experience in creating different cuisine such as Mediterranean, Arabian, Asian, etc.
