Job Description
- Be a Unit Head / Unit Manager of AXA a top leading insurance multinational company in the world.
- P40,000 monthly performance amount + Commissions of 5 or 6 or 7 digits + Override from recruits + Incentives + Bonus + Travel. The Manager can earn unlimited income depending on how much work he puts in the job.
- Must have Sales experience of around 3years
- Must have Recruitment and Management experience of around 2 to 3 years.
- Must be located living within Metro Manila or nearby provinces because we have meetings in Makati every Monday every week.
- Must be willing to be in Makati office once or twice a week only. Other days of the week can be work from home or work outside. 
- The Manager will be selling AXA Insurance to clients.
- The Manager will be recruiting Financial Consultants and coach them to be able to sell and earn income.
- The Manager will be managing and helping his team to sell insurance products and meet their team goals.
- The Manager can recruit as many Financial Consultants in his team to be able to reach sales goals.
- There is a monthly quota but this is attainable and the Branch Head will help the Manager reach their goals.
- The Manager needs to pay for his insurance license exams.
- The Manager must be diligent, persistent and must meet their Key Performance Indicators to be promoted and fulfill the program.
