RECRUITMENT SPECIALIST
 
Job Description:
Manage and post job ads to your assigned job portals
Download all resumes received from all or assigned sources
Pre-screen all new applications and identify applicants who pass the qualification requirements as per job specifications (e.g. education, experience, etc.).
Conducts preliminary interviews (phone, virtual, and/or face-to-face) with applicants to identify and determine candidates' qualifications.
Prepare and organize schedules of testing of candidates/applicants and prepare necessary documents, test materials, questionnaires, answer sheets, and other paraphernalia for the test.
Prepare and schedule next-level and final interviews
Administer and check assessments
Prepare job offer documents and all other onboarding items necessary for the hires
Endorse hires' documents for Background Check to vendor
Facilitate and present during the New Hire Orientation
Update recruitment reports in a timely manner
Tracks and processes employee referrals and payouts
Attend job fairs and other recruitment-related events
Job Specification:
Graduate of Psychology/Human Resource-Management or any related course
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Must be proficient in MS Office applications
Proficiency in MS Excel preferred
Sales Recruitment preferred
Proficient in Adobe Photoshop application, or Canva a plus
Must be flexible with work hours
Experience in Recruitment or Sourcing/Branding preferred
