Job Description:
Should have at least 6 months to 1 year of relevant work experience in frontline recruitment, bulk hiring; preferably in BPO (interviewing, salary negotiation, offer roll-out etc.)
Ensure recruitment within the time limit set as per the priority given by the Business Heads.
Interview process management of entire recruitment cycle including applicant screening, preliminary interviews, soft skill interviews, technical tests, co-ordination of subsequent interviews, salary/offer negotiations and joining formalities.
Monitoring Pre-joining formalities till joining - conducting interviews, salary negotiation, issuing Offer letters.
Developing and managing strong business relationships with hiring managers to ensure successful placements.
Suggesting and recommending interviewing and hiring techniques, as appropriate and provide timely progress updates on prospecting and interview activity. Also escalating sourcing issues in a timely fashion.
Preparing and distributing required reports and communications to hiring managers and designated members of management.
Maintaining relationships and agreements with recruiters, agencies, and various sources for high-quality candidates.
Developing targeted recruitment strategies for qualified candidates via direct sourcing, heavy cold calling, career fairs, database mining, referrals, advertising, networking, professional communities, etc.
Identify, pre-screen and evaluate qualified candidates; schedule and conduct interviews
Developing and maintaining business relationships with candidates. Provide superior candidate care including clearly defining position requirements and recruiting process, timely updates on progress, interview preparation and debriefing. Ensure smooth transition post hire.
