HR RECRUITMENT SPECIALIST
 
Job Details:
Responsible in the end-to-end and timely placement of talents in the organization.
Advertises job openings and source outs potential candidates from various online channels such as internal posting, free internet posting, employee referrals, networking, etc.
Collaborates with department heads to understand skills and competencies required for job openings.
Recruits, interviews, and facilitates the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions.
Administers and interprets test or assessment.
Discusses and negotiates salary offer and other benefits granted during final interview/assessment.
Conducts background checks and employee eligibility for new hires.
Ensures timely production of employment contracts with attached job description for Contractual, Probationary or Regular employees.
Conducts and implements new hire orientation and employee recognition programs.
Prepares Internal memorandum and announcement (Newly promoted employees, New Department Head, New Hires, etc).
Issues corporate email address, HRIS access, etc. to newly onboarded employees.
Prepares notice for end of contract.
Conducts Exit interview for separated employees.
Monitors student trainees (OJT), and conducts initial interview and orientation of company policies and procedures for internship.
Generates report and data analysis weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi annually and annually.
Addresses HR recruitment related inquiries and concerns of employees.
Participates and provides assistance in all HR related activities.
Maintains accurate and up-to-date 201 files, records and documents.
Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of HR files and records.
