JOB DESCRIPTION
RECRUITMENT ASSISTANT
Responsible for the recruitment and selection process of all manpower requirements.
Execute full cycle of recruitment including but not limited to sourcing, paper screening, job posting, job interviewing, regular communication with the applicant and the requisitioning client. Participates with Local Recruitment Activity and Job Fairs in coordination with PESO offices, Baranggays, Schools and Malls.
Responsibilities:
Plans, organizes, and coordinates recruitment and selection actiivities.
Conducts screening of job applications and matching them to suitable job roles.
Contacting applicants to arrange interview via telephone or emal.
Performs online communications interviews such as goole meet, zoom and messenger.
Reviews recruiment paperwork for completeness and accuray of required documents prior to endorsementn of applicants.
Ensures completeness of pre-employment requirements and medical results before endoresing for Company Orientation.
Prepares and updates Recruitment Status Reports.
JOB QUALIFICATION
Qualifications
College graduate in Psychology, Behavioral Sciences or any related course.
With at least 1 year relevant working experience. Exposure in Massive recruitment is an advantage.
Knowlegeable in using Microsoft Office
Effective coomunication skills
MUst be resourceful and creative
Ability to adapt, learn quicky and progressively take on new responsibility.
wiling to ttravel and start immediately
willing to work onsite with working schedule from Mondays to Fridays
