We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join one of our subsidiary companies, Optimum Water Resources Corporation.
 
Optimum Water Resources Corporation (OWRC), is a Filipino-owned and managed company. The maker and distributor of Amlan Purified Water, a bottled water at its best.
 
We are currently looking for a REGIONAL SALES MANAGER, who is responsible for overseeing and leading the sales efforts within a designated geographical area.
 
Job Descriptions
Develop and implement effective sales strategies and lead regional sales team members to achieve sales target
Ability to manage, track, monitor, and record sales team under his jurisdiction
Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts
Regular coordination with the management in overseeing daily operations of the regional sales
Suggest new services and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction
Prepares and delivers sales presentations or reports to top management
Ability to conduct trainings and orientations and mentor his team regarding sales strategies and techniques
Requirements
A graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, or any related field
Proven work experience as a successful Sales manager, preferably within the same industry or related field
With strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills and in-depth knowledge of the sales process and strategies
Willingness to travel frequently within the designated region.
With good analytical skills and an understanding of sales
