SALES MANAGER
Job Overview:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets for the company's Coffee Machines and Ingredients division on a national level. This role typically involves managing a team of Regional Sales Manager and distributor managers responsible for holding Distributors in the area to sell Coffee Machines and Ingredients to all providers, Cafe Shops, Hotels, and all designated regions.
Scope of Work/Deliverables:
 
· Responsible for selling company supplies such as coffee beans, milk and other ingredients.
 
· Requires frequent fieldwork, conducting product demonstrations and on-site sales to customers.
 
· Learn how to prepare coffee and beverages and be capable of independently presenting     solutions to clients.
 
· Finding sales opportunities, contacting many potential customers, demonstrating the product or service and negotiating and closing the sale with the customer.
 
· Makes accurate cost calculations to provide customers with quotations.
 
· Create a purchase order or receive payment from the customer and arrange for the customer to receive the products or services in a timely fashion.
 
· Continue to assist the customer with any questions or concerns after the sale as well.
 
· Responsible for creating sales reports, maintaining files and reviewing competitor's products and the employer's new products to stay competitive.
 
· Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and targets.
 
· Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
 
· Collaborate with top management project manager to set sales targets and budgets for the region.
 
· Identify, evaluate, and select suitable distributors to expand market coverage.
 
· Negotiate distribution agreements, terms, and conditions with distributors.
 
· Provide training, support, and resources to distributors to ensure effective representation of the company's products or services.
 
· Monitor distributor performance against KPIs and provide feedback for improvement.
 
· Lead and motivate the internal sales team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
 
· Develop sales strategies, tactics, and action plans to drive revenue growth.
 
· Conduct regular performance reviews, set objectives, and provide coaching and development opportunities for team members.
 
· Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the sales team.
 
· Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and stakeholders.
 
· Act as the primary point of contact for resolving escalated customer issues and complaints.
 
· Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product development, and other departments to ensure alignment of sales efforts with overall business objectives.
 
· Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitive activities to identify areas for improvement.
 
· Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and analysis for top management review.
 
Job Specifications:
 
BS degree in business administration or a related field
Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
Strong business sense and industry expertise
Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
