Job Description
Oversee and distribution activities in Coastal, Highlands, Wewak, and Goroka regions. Based in Port Moresby, the incumbent will develop strategies to expand market share, lead a high performing sales team and ensure seamless product distribution.
Sales and Distribution Management: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets across assigned regions.
Team Leadership: Recruit, train and manage a team of sales representative.
Set performance goals and conduct regular evaluations to drive success.
Market Development: Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationship with key clients and stakeholders.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
Operational Insight: Oversee inventory levels and coordinate with logistics teams to maintain timely product availability.
Monitor and report on sales performance, preparing regular updates for senior management.
Customer Relationship Management: Maintain high customer satisfaction through effective communication and issue resolution.
Develop long-term partnerships with distributors and retailers.
Ensure effective distribution of products to all territories.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Business Studies/Administration/Management or similar fields.
Sales and Distribution experience, preferably in the telecommunications or electronics industry.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
