Job Summary:
 
A Sales Account Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining long-term relationships with clients, overseeing sales activities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsible for managing a portfolio of existing accounts, identifying new opportunities, and closing deals.
 
Qualifications:
1 year working in an IT/Engineering field, in the Audio Visual, Security, and Network industry
A graduate of any degree is okay
Minimum of 2-3 of experience
Strong customer and communication skills
Can work independently and with minimal supervision
Demonstrate senior level of negotiation with both internal meetings and with clients
Driven to meet and exceed expectations and targets
Job Description:
Hit targets aligned with the business strategies
Following up new leads which involves researching possible clients, setting meetings, and attending corporate events
Create a portfolio of new clients won
Develop and suggest strategic plans for growth of accounts
Retain and build strong bonds with clients
Provide excellent customer service to all clients
Communicate at a senior level with the internal team to provide excellent solutions to the clients
Develop and maintain excellent knowledge and understanding of the company's business, offerings, competitors, and industry
