HOTEL SALES AND MARKETING MANAGER
 
Duties and Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to promote the company's products or services.
Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.
Lead Generation: Create and implement campaigns to generate leads, nurturing prospects through the sales funnel.
Sales Management: Set and monitor sales targets for the team, ensuring achievement of revenue goals.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Brand Development: Oversee the development and execution of the company's branding strategies, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels.
Digital Marketing: Utilize various digital marketing platforms (social media, email, SEO, etc.) to enhance online presence and engage target audiences.
Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, including product development, finance, and operations, to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
Performance Analysis: Analyze sales and marketing metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions for improvement.
Training and Development: Mentor and train sales and marketing teams to enhance their skills and improve performance.
Networking: Attend industry events and engage with potential clients and partners to expand the company's network and opportunities for collaboration.
Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
has at least three (3) years of related working experience in Hotel industry
Understanding and knowledge of sales and marketing.
Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Knowledge of data analysis and report writing.
With content writer experience/background is a plus.
The ability to work under pressure.
