SALES MANAGER
 
Responsibilities:
Responsible for sales growth, developing and implementing sales strategies, and ensuring timely collection of receivables
Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, preparing regular reports for management.
Maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and market trends.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
At least 5 years in a managerial role, preferably with experience in pharmaceutical industry (wholesale and retail).
Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Strong leadership and team management skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong analytical and problem-solving skill.
With valid driver's license of 4 wheels DL Code B, B1, B2.
