LOGISTICS SUPERVISOR
Job Description: Need Ink Sales & Services is looking for a qualified professional to oversee all aspects of logistics practices and processes and ensure alignment with the company's business objectives.

About the Role: This role is pivotal in overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of the logistics section, ensuring the efficient and cost-effective end-to-end logistical movement, and distribution of goods. This role involves managing logistics personnel, optimizing workflows, maintaining internal and external compliance, and regulations, and ensuring expectations are met:
Among the responsibilities are:
Supervise the planning, scheduling, and execution of inbound and outbound logistics operations, including material handling.
Monitor shipment status, address delays or issues, and ensure timely delivery of goods.
Led, trained, and motivated logistics personnel to achieve departmental goals.
Delegate tasks effectively and align roles with individual strengths and competencies.
Evaluate and improve logistics processes to enhance efficiency.
Collaborate with third-party logistics providers.
Ensure compliance with logistics regulations, and maintain accurate records for service providers.
Prepare required reports
About You: The ideal candidate must have the following:
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or any related field
Assistant Supervisory or more supervisory-level experience in procurement is an advantage.
Strong negotiation and external provider management skills
Strong leadership and team management abilities
Knowledgeable in logistics software and ERP systems
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and leadership abilities
Knowledgeable in logistics and transportation laws and regulations
