Maintenance SupervisorAzia Suites Hotel and Residences Inc.

The ideal candidate will ensure that all hotel systems, including plumbing, electrical, and general repairs, are maintained in excellent condition, providing a safe and comfortable environment for both guests and staffs.
 
Duties and Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the daily maintenance operations of the hotel, ensuring that all facilities and equipment are functioning properly.
Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment inventories.
Ensure proper cleanliness and maintenance of storage areas, tools, and equipment.
Monitor and maintain guest room conditions, public spaces, and common areas to ensure guest satisfaction and comfort.
Provide coaching and feedback to maintenance team members helping to improve their technical proficiency.
Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to ensure the ongoing reliability of hotel equipment and systems.
Qualifications:
Graduate of Mechanical Engineering or any related course
With at least (2) years' experience as a Maintenance/Equipment/Tools Supervisor preferably in a hospitality management setting.
Strong leadership, organizational, and team management skills.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
Good oral and written communication
Highly skilled in documentations and developments
