HR-RECRUITMENT SPECIALIST
The perfect fit should possess the following:
A Bachelors Degree in Psychology/ Business Management/Human Resource Management.
With at least 4 years of professional experienced in the Human Resource field, 2 years of which should be acquired from a mid-sized company.
Has a strong understanding of the Employee Life Cycle.
Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and HR databases.
Experience with (phone, online and in-person) interviews, candidate screening and evaluation.
Excellent verbal and written communication and team management skills.
Notable problem solving skills and ability make independent and responsible judgments.
Proficient in using Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Willing to work in Mandaue City.
Can start immediately.
Other HR activities:
Update current and design new recruiting procedures (e.g. job application and on-boarding processes).
Coordinate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs.
Other special HR duties.
