We are looking for HR Generalists who will play a key role in supporting various HR functions and contribute to the overall success of our organization.
 
Job Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure a smooth onboarding experience
Act as a point of contact for employee relations matters, providing guidance on policies, procedures, and conflict resolution
Conduct investigations into employee complaints or concerns and recommend appropriate actions
Identify training needs and coordinate the development and delivery of training programs
Facilitate employee development initiatives to enhance skills and promote career growth
Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks
Address employee inquiries related to benefits and assist with open enrollment processes
Job Requirements:
With a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
With relevant work experience in a related field of Human Resources
Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Outstanding negotiation and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
