Job Title: HR GENERALIST-Work-from-Home
 
Job Qualification:
With Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources or any other related field
2-4 years of experience in in depth experience in HR facets (recruitment, compensation and benefits, learning & development and HR relations)
Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
Has strong and work ethics and can act with integrity and confidentiality
Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations
Experience using MS Office applications (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel), HRIS Systems and Google Workspace
Ability to work on a graveyard shift/ flexible schedule, and work onsite as needed
Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
Can start ASAP and preferably from Cebu
Duties & Responsibilities:
Assists HR Manager in achieving HR goals and objectives particularly in the areas of recruitment, administration/records, benefits and HR relations
Assists HR Manager in maintaining effective, efficient, and various communication systems for HR relations
Assists in development and implementation of human resources policies
Organize quarterly and annual performance evaluations
Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
Helps in HR Orientation and organize training & development initiatives
Manages the organization's manpower database including 201 filing, loans & advances, company fixed assets, company agreements and other HR Reports
Prepares and files HR-related documents such as offers, contracts and other agreements as needed.
Maintains accurate and updated records and processes all necessary paper works for new hire, terminations and other status changes of VA's
Serves as point of contact for HR related concerns and queries
Assists in payroll timekeeping and benefits plans as needed
Provides assistance in the release of company equipment and ensures the necessary documentation
Helps out on preparations, purchases and execution of company activities & events
Provides assistance in bookings & reservations for flights & accommodations
Performs other duties as may be directed by the Immediate Supervisor and/or Management Team.
