The Human Resource Generalist is responsible for planning, implementing and overseeing all aspects of the organization's human resource practices and processes. The role requires individuals who are able to provide support and guidance to management in areas such as recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, HR policy and development, and compliance with laws, regulations and best practices.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement efficient recruitment and selection strategies that meet the company's staffing needs.
Develop employee engagement initiatives like wellness programs, team building activities, recognition, and/or company events.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.
Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures that comply with federal, state and local labor laws and regulations.
Handle end-to-end process of Employee relations - from Incident report, Notice to Explain, Admin Hearing, up until to Notice of Decision.
Manage employee information and records, including creating and maintaining employee files, tracking employee data, and assist in preparing payroll, and other HR reports.
Prepare HR-related documents such as offers, employment contracts, and separation agreements.
