We are looking for Office Associates who will be the backbone of our office operations, providing essential administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning. The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to handling various tasks within a dynamic office environment.
 
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensure efficient and smooth office operation and management by providing administrative and clerical support
Perform full range of office support requirements that the specific assignment requires and use judgment in making decisions based on the established procedures and methods
Assist with general office tasks, including filing, data entry, and document preparations
Maintain and update databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness of records
Prepare a variety of reports based on the needs of the organization and/or any authorized entity
Manage office files, records and other documents
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
A graduate of any Bachelor's Degree courses or with any equivalent experience
With experience as an office associate, administrative assistant, or in a similar role is a plus
Proficient in general office practices and usage of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent written and communication skills
Must have a professional demeanor and, a strong orientation to customer excellence
