Job description
 
Responsible for providing administrative support services to ensure smooth and uninterrupted operations within organization.
 
Major Responsibilities:
Draft/write policies, memorandums, and notices for the company.
Disseminate approved memorandums accordingly.
Orient/train/explain employees/departments about released memorandum and existing policies.
Revision and/or updating of company rules.
Supervise company fleet management, vendor management procedure including company vehicle insurance policy.
Monitor and facilitate head office government regulatory compliances.
Manage asset management, vendor management, and lease matters for head office.
Coordinate with IT if there are IT related concerns pertaining to the use of laptop/desktop and other minor IT related concerns.
Provide weekly and monthly reports.
Perform related duties as assigned by the Management.
Qualifications:
✔ Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or its equivalent.
✔With at least 5 years' work experience in residential property and related industries
✔ Strong organizational skills, planning and decision-making skills
✔ Good leadership and human capital development skills (interpersonal and employee engagement) and workplace culture development skills
✔ Proficient in MS Office (Word, Outlook, Teams, Excel & PowerPoint)
✔ Fluent in English & Filipino (Spoken & Written)
