Primary Responsibilities:
Assisting of end-user technical support for day-to-day operation
Daily checking and oversee daily performance of Computer hardware, software and peripheral equipment
Assist on the installation, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance for all workstations (Windows and Mac) (hardware and software)
Assist with inventory of IT assets and stocks
Assist on the implementation of new IT Technology
Game Van Support
Perform other task(s) that may be assigned from time to time
