Minimum Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business or related field, preferably with Latin Honors.
Demonstrate confidence, proactivity, and a readiness to take on leadership roles and make an impact in the banking industry.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically, creatively, and strategically
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and cross-functional teams
