Job Purpose:
Performs pre-screening and/or final phone/face to face interviews using competency-based interviews and appropriate assessments.
Prepares scheduling of candidates for various interview assessments.
Facilitates role plays and various groups activities to pre-screened applicants.
Source candidates through different channels such as Social Media, Employee Referral Program, Online Job Search Engine.
Coordinates with different hiring leaders for any recruitment related manpower requests.
Experiments on different recruitment tools to guarantee quality of hires and efficiency in hiring.
Monitors the daily flow applicants and new hires.
Administers various exams to applicants.
Conducts orientation to new hires, briefing them of their functions as well as descriptions of the campaign where they will be assigned.
Updates the database of applicants which includes the applications' progress.
Maintains and tracks requirements of newly on-boarded employees.
Qualifications:
Preferably Graduate of Psychology, Human Resource Management or equivalent
At least 2 years of work Recruitment experience preferably in a BPO setting or environment supporting a healthcare account
Above average communication skills in written and oral English
Ability to multi-task
Good interpersonal and organizational skills
Proficient in using MS Office such as Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Outlook
Knowledge of basic HR Policies and Procedures
Amenable to work on shifting schedule
