JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Conducts incoming inspection/evaluation of parts and raw materials before storage/production consumption.
2. Submits report on the condition of inspection/evaluation activities using Incoming Inspection Report (IIR) for parts and toolings and accessories affecting product quality.
3. Ensures that non-conforming parts/materials and products are properly segregated and identified to avoid unintended use/delivery.
4. Coordinates the status of the identified NCP to purchasing (for materials, parts, toolings and accessories) section for proper plan of action using Material Non-Conformity Report (MNCR).
5. Conducts in-process inspection of products.
6. Other tasks may be assigned from time to time.
