QUALITY CONTROLLER / ENGINEER
Duties:
Directly responsible for all the quality-related matters of his/her assigned product line.
Communicate with the customer's representative with regards to quality-related matters.
Conduct investigation regarding the causes of problems that resulted to customer claims/complaints and prepare a report showing the details of the investigation conducted with the corresponding corrective actions.
Verifies the actual implementation and effectiveness of the corrective actions on implemented corrective actions from Customer claims and etc.
Requirements:
Any College degree/ Technical or Vocational Courses
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Proficient with Microsoft Office, excel skills.
