JOB DESCRIPTION
As the Quality Assurance of Omni-Channel BPO for Buy on Trust, you will be responsible in generating quality ledgers focusing on identifying and overcoming various issues as identified and directed by upper management. Identify issues and address them with Team Lead to determine if a new issue/s currently exists and needs to be addressed departmentally or company-wide.
Job Description
• Plan, execute, and oversee inspection and testing of incoming and outgoing product to confirm quality conformance to specifications and quality deliverables
• Analyze and investigate product complaints or reported quality issues to ensure closure in accordance with company guidelines and external regulatory requirements
• Develop or update company complaint and inspection procedures to ensure capture and investigation, as well as proper documentation of complaints
• Processing placed orders on Buy on Trust's platform
• Editing of orders, specifically SKU numbers and quantities if needed.
• Cancellation of orders (per request)
• Placing notes per order
• Manual verification
Skills & Qualifications
• Superb computer competence, including database management
• Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Demonstrated knowledge of testing best practices, version control practices, and defect management practice
• Excellent data collection and analysis skills.
• Strong attention to detail
