Our company is in search of:
HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER who will be our go-to person for all employee related issues for both retail store and office-based employees.
We are looking for someone who has:
A Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Human Resource Management
Must have at least 2 years' experience in dealing with HR functions like - Manpower planning/recruitment, Performance Appraisal, Training, Formulation or review and Implementation of HR policies; Best if work experience is from the retail or service industry
An interest in creating systems and processes
In depth knowledge of Philippine Labor Laws
The capacity to maintain high degree of discretion and exercise sound judgment in dealing with sensitive and confidential matters
The desire to build people up - willing to mentor, counsel and coach
