Reports Directly To: HR Director/VP for Administration
Scope: Velez College, Inc.
 
GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
 
HR Manager will provide oversight and guidance to the development and monitoring of processes related to recruitment and retention, compliance, compensation, benefits, training and development.
 
SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Administration of Human Resources processes, polices, files and records.
Provide support to the management in organizational development by proposing strategies, policies, etc. for all facets of HR.
Develop and maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating and recommending human resource policies for the improvement of the company.
Recommends and provide training and development program for all employees.
Planning, monitoring and conduct performance management which includes computation, interpretation and employee feedback.
Ensure the proper management of employees' benefits and compensation.
Assist, coordinate and facilitate with the different department as to their HR concerns or any relevant to their work responsibilities
Recruit competent, skilled and qualified applicants to meet the Manpower Requirements.
Ensure the efficient onboarding/orientation of the new employee/s to foster positive attitude toward the Organizational objectives.
Facilitate all employee relations matter such as employees concerns and grievances, conduct investigation, implement disciplinary measures in due process, and assure the observance of company policies and procedures within the Organization.
Prepare inter-office memorandum on advisories.
Attend to employee & client complaints
Coordinate and facilitate the manpower agency management (Utility & Security Agencies) for their concerns related to job functions and personnel requisitions.
Mentor and oversee all HR personnels. Performs other tasks as required.
