The HR Generalist plays a critical role in supporting various aspects of human resources functions within the organization. This position involves handling employee relations, and other HR-related activities to ensure the smooth operation of the HR department and alignment with organizational goals.
 
Specific Responsibilities:
Documentations
Organizes personnel files in the 201 folders
Organizes compliance certificates, DOLE reports
Entertains employee inquiries regarding application of benefits, adjustments, endorsements and other follow-ups.
Prepares minutes of HR meetings
Prepares Certificate of Training for OJT, Training certificates for in-house training, and other documentations for signature of the HR Manager and issuance to employees
On-boarding
Checks pre-employment requirements of new intake making sure it's completeness.
Assist in new employee integration such as endorsing to the immediate head, issuance of uniform, contract, ID, discipline program, enrollment to the biometric.
Separation
Prepares and submits monthly report to DOLE on employee separation (resignation, termination, etc.)
Checks exit documents from separating employees.
Others
Assists in all employee engagement activities initiated by HRD such as Teambuilding, Christmas Party, Trainings & Seminars among others
Recommends programs or activities that strengthen values and teamwork
Perform other tasks assigned from time to time.
Skills required:
BS/AB Psychology or BSBA Major in Human Resources Development
Fresh graduate
Licensed Psychometrician is an advantage
Proficient in written and verbal English
Knowledgeable in MS Office
Very good social character
Good communicator
