Job Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in psychology, BS/BA Human Resource Management, or sufficient exposure to HR functions.
Minimum of at least 4-5 years of experience as HR Supervisor.
Professional level in verbal & written communication skills.
Ability to develop & deliver HR strategies in a fast-paced business environment.
Possess leadership qualities to lead & motivate a team, interact with all levels within the company.
Knowledge of all government statutory requirements/ compensation & benefits
