Job Specifications:
Education
Bachelor's degree holder, preferably, Psychology, Human Resource or equivalent.
Experience
Minimum of 3-5 years supervisory experience in all facets of Human Resource Development & Management with solid background on employee & labor relations and learning & development in a Fast Moving Consumer Goods industry.

Work Schedule - Mondays-Fridays (Compressed Work Week)
Job Summary
The role supports the Cebu Regional Office and respective Business Units in developing human resources strategy in order to maximize employee potentials that would directly influence productivity. The role leads the talent acquisition & sourcing, career succession planning, compensation and total rewards management, employee relations and engagement, labor relations, organizational development, and learning & development. The role also supports the implementation of the Occupational Health & Safety (OSH) Standards.
