HR MANAGER
Duties & Responsibilities:
Responsible for overall development strategy, assist the headquarters in formulating the company's development strategy planning and business plan, and ensure that the company provides high-quality human resources services and act in accordance with the law, and is responsible for organizing and implementing the company's daily human resources operation and management
Develop human resource planning according to the company's development strategy, and formulate medium and long-term human resource development plans
Establish and improve the company's various human resource management processes to meet the human resource support required for the company's rapid development
Establish and improve the human resource management system, including job evaluation and design, recruitment, training, performance, salary and employee career planning, etc., to improve the effectiveness of the various modules of human resource management.
Deal with major issues in the company's human resource management in a timely manner.
