HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER
JOB DESCRIPTIONS
Report to the CEO and General Manager
Provide leadership to the HR Department (2-3 subordinates)
Collaborate with & provide HR support to Department Heads
Conduct compensation and benefits reviews
Develop memos & company policies
Represent the company in HR related events & activities
Coordinate with HMO provider
Assist in compensation and benefits processing
Assist in the development of job descriptions
Support the company in other ways with your capacity as the HR Manager
JOB REQUIREMENT
A degree holder in Human Resource Management, business or any related field
At least 5 years of working experience in supervisory / managerial level
With Effective HR Administration and people management skills
Has a full understanding on Labor Laws and employment regulations
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must be highly analytical, hardworking and can handle pressure
Highly computer literate with capability in e-mail handling, MS Office and related communication
Willing to work in Pier 4, NRA, Cebu City
