Job Description
Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiave aligned with the overall business strategy
Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
Managing the recruitment and selection process
Planning and delagating responsibilities for company events
Coordinating between employees and higher management for any work - related concerns
Ensuring that all relevant policies and procedures are in place and understood by employee
Recommending the course of action and desciplinary measures for employee incidents and offenses
Designing training programs for employees to address the needs of the company
Creating an assessment tool towards retaining good performing employees
Ensuring that office supplies are maintained
Coordinating the maintenance of office, buildings and other facilities
Ensuring the safety and welfare of all employees
Acting as focal person in maintaining good relationship to the LGU and other government agencies
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in HR or related field
Knowledge of Employment Laws and Standards
Proficient in HR facets
Keen to details
Strong communication and presentation skills
Above average in problem solving and negotiation skills
Teamwork and collaboration abilities
With Can- Do- Attitude
