Job Job responsibilities:
» Responsible for monitoring and adherence management to promulgate schedules in real-time to maximize productivity
» Coordinates appropriate staffing allocation and availcapability of call center staff in order to achieve service level objectives.
» Responsible for assigning emails and social media to agents and ensure SLAs are met.
» Tasks involved real-time monitoring and analyzing real-time transaction volume and intraday performance
» Prepare intraday reports to assist operations to drive and manage agent everyday productivity and performance
» Manage time off request and shift schedule swaps to improve staffing to align Information technology to current arrival patterns to meet service level
» Responsible for communicating to operation/project manager regarding contact center everyday performance · Administers volume contingency action plans as deemed necessary and appropriate.
» Facilitates real-time discussions with necessary stakeholders.
» Assumes and performs other tasks and responsibilities not specifically outlined herein, but which are logically and properly inherent to the position.

Job Qualification:
» Candidate must be a College graduate or with Bachelors degree
» At least 1-year practice as a Real-time Analyst in a BPO setting
» With good communication expertise

Content moderation became a demand and we were there to meet it.
We took the challenges straight on, adapting and improving along the way. What we lacked in practice, we made up for by being open-minded and enthusiastic. Sure, things didn't always go to plan but we made sure when they didn't, we learned from those practices and became better through them.
