Qualifications:
Graduate of BS/AB Psychology, Human Resource Management or any behavioral science course
Experience in handling/facilitating training sessions (logistics, preparations, evaluations) is an advantage
Ability to communicate well and interact with others and able to express ideas effectively
Ability to identify potential training needs
Knowledgeable in creating training/presentation materials
Must be attentive to details, able to showcase confidence in presentation
Computer literate
