Implement Sales Monitoring Controls & Performance Metrics for Sales Funnels
Integrate & Collate Monitoring Templates from Sales funnels periodically
Present & Highlight Updates of Monitoring Metrics during Business reviews
New Agent Onboarding Coaching & Development
Execute Onboarding Orientation Program for newly recruited Agents & Organic Field sales personnel
Coordinate/identify a coaching program for inhouse skills development
Partner Sales Events & Project based investment forums
Organize & spearhead sales rallies & investment forums/open house
Create/Implement Agent Engagement Programs e.g Sprotfest/Fun Run/Talent Night
Tie-up with Realty Sponsorship events
Job Specification
Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate Management or any Business Related Course
With 1 - 3 years work related experience in Sales or direct selling experience
Ability to travel outside cebu, Superior Communication skills, Presentation skills, Leadership skills
