SUMMARY OF FUNCTIONS
 
Design and implement sales training programs; develop and deliver training initiatives to enhance sales skills, product knowledge and sales process adherence.
 
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop, manage and improve sales systems and tools: oversee CRM systems, sales analytics platforms and other sales enablement technologies.
Develop sales processes and protocols: creates and refine sales workflows, scripts and best practices.
Conduct needs assessments: identify training gaps and recommend solutions.
Evaluate training effectiveness: assess training impact on sales performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams: work with sales, marketing and product teams to align training with business objectives.
Manage training budget: oversee training expenses and ensure ROI.
Analyze sales performance metrics (e.g., sales data, conversion rates)
Create training reports and dashboards.
Refine training programs based on feedback.
KNOWLEDGE & SKILL REQUIREMENT:
Bachelors/College Degree in Business or related courses
At least 2 - 3 years experience as Sales Training Officer or in a similar capacity
Skilled in CRM systems and sales enablement
Sales Analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
Presentation Skills (e.g., PowerPoint)
Project Management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello)
Adult Learning principles and instructional design
Sales Methodology (e.g., Challenger Sales)
FMCG sales knowledge
