The Total Rewards Specialist role requires developing, implementing, and managing the organization's total rewards local strategy to attract, retain, and motivate top talent. The Specialist will design and oversee the compensation, benefits, and recognition programs to ensure they align with the company's goals and promote a competitive and engaging work environment. Additionally, proactively analyze market trends, benchmark data, and collaborate with HR and leadership to continuously improve the overall total rewards package.
Within your role, you will:
Market Research, Analysis and Salary Benchmarking
Develop and maintain competitive salary structures, ensuring alignment against industry standards and local area markets.
Present data-driven recommendations for adjustments to compensation structures for retention purposes
Collaborate with global and regional counterparts along internal stakeholders in defining and implementing organization's compensation strategy
Work closely with the HR team in the implementation of compensation and benefit programs, including incentivization aspects, retirement, and wellness plans.
Lead reviews of the payroll by maintaining accuracy and conciseness of payroll records including sanity check, as necessary
Recommend tools needed for data analysis tools and implement techniques to come up with the best insights gathered data relevant to compensation and benefits
Ensure implementation of actions plans to mitigate circumstances that impact salary distortion or inconsistencies with PMS, promotion and job offer rates and approvals.
Report and audit opportunities, and necessary improvements in the local compensation and benefit data.
What will make you successful for the role:
BA in Economic, Human Resources, Law, or a related field;
At least 1 year experience on a similar role;
Good knowledge of employment legislation applicable in the country where services are rendered;
Proficiency in English C1 in the European Language Framework
