TIER 2 CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (ON-SITE)
 
Responsibilities:
Deliver the best customer service to our clients and partner clients globally across different support platforms.
Show empathy to frustrated clients and care passionately about the service that you as a Tier 2 Customer Service Representative are giving or assisting.
Create support experiences that exceed users' expectations
Experience: interpreting, explaining, and applying regulations, laws, or complex policies to carry out assignments; accessing data using a computerized system; independently handling complaints and upset individuals in a business setting; conducting sensitive fact-finding interviews.
Qualifications:
At least 2nd year college undergraduate or Associate Degree graduate
Good English communication skills
Minimum of 2 years BPO experience (voice account)
Willingness to work in a team environment
Amenable to work on a flexible schedule (including night shift)
