High School Diploma, general education degree or equivalent
1 year of WordPress technical or Customer support experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Able to engage with customers warmly and effectively; maintain calm under pressure
Basic knowledge of PHP, CSS, Javascript, and React
Proficient in troubleshooting, debugging, and providing detailed solutions to WordPress-related issues
Competencies Required:
Provide professional support through email and chat in a timely manner
Ensure high customer satisfaction by delivering friendly and effective assistance
Handle high ticker volumes efficiently with sacrificing quality
Meet key performance indicators (KPI), including: response time (aim for 3 replies per hour), resolution time, and customer satisfaction.

Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and improve overall support processes
