CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
 
Location: Cebu City, Mandaue City
Salary Range: 15,000 - 16,000
 
Job Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to inquiries from customers via phone, email, or chat.
Provide accurate and helpful information regarding products, services, and company policies.
Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers
Process orders from customers, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
Monitor order status and update customers as needed.
Handle order cancellations, returns, and exchanges.
Maintain accurate customer records and data.
Prepare reports and documentation as required.
Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
Job Qualifications:
Graduate of any 4-year business related field
With 1 year of experience in customer service
Customer oriented mindset with a focus on providing exceptional service
Proficient in MS Office
