TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST
 
Job Purpose:
 
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and closing hires. This role involves collaborating with hiring managers, developing effective recruitment strategies, maintaining candidate pipelines, and ensuring a positive candidate experience while driving efficient day-to-day recruitment operations.
 
Duties and Responsibilities:
Attracts applicants by creating and posting job advertisements, coordinating with recruiters, and utilizing job sites, newsgroups, and other relevant platforms.
Screens resumes and conducts initial phone interviews to shortlist qualified candidates efficiently.
Evaluates applicants by aligning job requirements with candidate qualifications, coordinating discussions with hiring managers, and conducting consistent interviews based on standardized criteria.
Assists with completing professional references, education verification, licensure checks, and background screening for employment candidates.
Administers and promotes the company-wide Employee Referral Program to encourage internal referrals and widen the talent pool.
Performs additional recruitment tasks as assigned to support the hiring process effectively.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Human Resource Management.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (with prior recruitment exposure during internships).
Excellent communication and time management skills are required.
Willing to work in a hybrid setup with a Monday-to-Friday schedule.
Must be available to start immediately.
