JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Summary:
To provide value added advice and service to Novaliches Site for Logistics and GSQA in the areas of Human Resources specifically the following functions:
Timekeeping
Third pary administration
Recruitment
Employee and Labor relations
Administrative Services
Security Services Collaboration
Facility Administration
To ensure that implementation of procedures and work instructions pertaining to the above mentioned functions of the position.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Ensure the availability of the right quality of employee or manning requirements of the operations and other support groups
Close coordination with Third Party Agency Supervisor/ Coordinator for the complete deployment of TPA employees
Assist in the conduct of identified training programs for Logistics and GSQA functions
Ensure development and implementation of localized motivational programs
Ensure the approved productivity-based incentive program for employees are properly implemented
Ensure that ER programs are responsive to the needs of the organization and employees and are responsive to the attainment of business objectives
Provide support and advice in the proper handling of labor relations activities
Provide advice to line manager in the proper administration of policies regarding employee discipline
Establishes network of external contacts that can facilitate industrial peace in the site
Ensure the consistent implementation of Timekeeping and payroll policies and procedures
Close coordination/Collaboration with security business partner to provide a safe working environment
Ensure that facility like Medical Clinic is properly administered
Manage the administrative requirements of the site
Ensure that the housekeeping and office area cleanliness are efficiently provided
Ensures proper dissemination of people-related management directions and programs
Plans and administer programs to develop competent, multi skilled and professional HR staff through coaching and role modelling
Administration of Third Party Agency by ensuring their compliance to DOLE and other government agencies mandates requirements

JOB QUALIFICATION
QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of any four (4) year course
Proven working experience as HR Supervisor or other HR related roles
People oriented and results driven
Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics
Knowledge of HR Systems and databases
