HR SUPERVISOR
 
Provide a wide-range of HR support, sourcing of manpower (staffing), employee discipline and engagement, maintaining database and administrative functions.
 
Hiring & Recruitment
Responsible for job posting, sourcing candidates, screening, conduct preliminary interview, conduct of verification/reference checks, scheduling of final interviews, initial stage of employment offer
Develop and maintain business relationship with recruitment agencies
Coordinate New Employee ensuring coverage of all areas required for full onboarding process.
Follow through employee performance during probation and coordinate assessment for employee confirmation, maintain records of recruitment process
Employee Discipline & Engagement
Reward Management
Resolve of employee conflicts; conduct investigations, exit interviews
Perform other work-related tasks as maybe assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, HR Management or any related course
Minimum 3-4 years in a supervisory position with focus on staffing, employee discipline and engagement
Strong organizational skills
