Direct communication with clients
Email correspondence with clients & leads
Customer Support
Graphic Design
Social Media management & updates
Content Creating
Data Entry
Lead Generation
Email Marketing
Scheduling
Simple Website updates
Requirements:
1-5 years experience as a VA, Administrative Assistant, or similar position
Proficient in G-suite (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets, etc.)
Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must!
Exceptional organizational skills and impeccable attention to detail.
Self-motivated
Ability to multitask
Kind, responsive demeanor
Experienced and knowledgeable in customer support, graphic design, social media management, data entry, lead generation, email marketing, scheduling,
A computer/laptop and stable internet with at least a minimum of 20 Mbps speed
Compensation:
Health care plans are available immediately

12 days paid time off immediately
